Some of these images were used in my 6th form photography portfolio, traced from negatives of photos I took of my brother Robere and his dog Bell in Port Chalmers on a photographic enlarger
Uneaten Razor Syndicate was my Tascam 4-track noise project at the time
Inspired by Fergus Bourke’s photograph on the cover of the band Stump’s album A Fierce Pancake, this is one of two illustrations of mine that were featured in Paul McDermott’s excellent oral history on the band.
It and McDermott’s accompanying radio documentary are an incredibly illuminating and comprehensive tribute to an utterly unique group.
Here’s the other illustration that appeared in the article, the late Mick Lynch who passed away in December.
